The place is intended for families and couples aged 27 and over. No parties, no music, and no smoking in the rooms. Please do not park in neighborhood residents' parking lots: guest parking is in blue-and-white on the street, paid through Pango.

The jacuzzi is for private use: each room enjoys it in turn, without other guests. Before entering, you must shower in the suite and remove cream and oil from your body, to keep the water clean and pleasant for everyone. For safety reasons, use is prohibited for children under 16, pregnant women, and those suffering from heart or blood pressure problems. Religious guests can arrange separate hours in the pool.

Air conditioning: Do not lower the temperature below 22 degrees, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop cooling. In the event of a leak from the air conditioner or any other malfunction, please notify us immediately. Damage caused during the stay will be charged to the guest. Cancellations during holidays, July and August: no cancellation fee up to two months before arrival, and then a full cancellation fee. Cancellations during the rest of the year: no cancellation fee up to two weeks before arrival, and then a full cancellation fee. In the event of force majeure, such as war or a pandemic, a full credit will be given without a time limit instead of a refund.
